Gather the coin, offer it at the shrine, and the bicycle answers.
Hell Heroes is a Victorian-era action/horror RPG set in a city the plague has already won. Patrols walk the curfew. Mutants own the bogs. The church wants you out there anyway.
The bicycle changes the game. Ride it through gothic streets, churches, sewers, and palaces. The horn is not a joke: enemies hear it. Split a patrol, dump a swamp-thing on the town guard, then ding-ding past the mess. Sound is a weapon.
The bicycle is fast, useful, and only loosely committed to keeping you alive. Launch it off ramps, crash through fights, and get ragdolled somewhere you were never meant to reach.
When the bike is gone, fight. Mix melee, stamina, backsteps, and whatever loot just fell out of the sky. Help the citizens or don’t. Quests change who is still standing.
Explore a sprawling semi-open world. Loot. Hunt the source of the plague. Try not to spend your last quid on another bicycle.
