Trade altitude for speed and hold a line across kilometres.Air tunnel rings — placed boost gates that give an empty planet a shape to move through, without cluttering it.Crossing the distance is the pleasure, not the tax you pay to reach the content.The planet fights backEncounters are built around large Martian creatures rather than around volume. The Martian Alpha will not let you fight it from the ground: it forces you to fly, break off, glide out and come back in.Every combat system is a traversal system used under pressure. There is no separate combat verb set — the game raises the cost of using the one you already love.The colony left a recordA holographic scanning layer reads the colony's history off the environment itself. Research logs, recovered records and the sites where they were abandoned — assembled by you, in the order you find them, rather than delivered in cutscenes.The suit is a systemThe suit is the only reason you are still alive, and it is not a menu. Modules are installed, cold-started and tuned through diegetic procedures — bringing a reactor up from cold, packing thermal vents, locking a harmonic signature — with upgrades, salvage and a mission log carried on the suit itself.
