You find yourself in a strange world. Around every corner, there could be a puzzle waiting for you to solve, a beast waiting to devour you, other creatures roaming the caves alongside you, or seemingly abandoned structures of unknown origin. As you explore this vast cave system, you discover strange pools that violently alter your body when you enter them, granting you new abilities. Puzzles: Puzzles come in many forms in Moldling, some more obvious and easier to solve than others. Others are so woven into the world that you won't recognize them as puzzles until you've solved them.

Survive: Most of the creatures you encounter are much stronger than you. Using your wits rather than your muscles, you must outsmart your enemies to survive in this world.

Evolve: To progress, you must find ways to evolve your body. Each “evolution” grants you unique abilities. Discover what they do and master them to gain further advantages.

Encounter strange beings: Not every creature you encounter will be hostile. Some will ignore you and go on their way, others will take an interest in you, and still others may even help you if you help them in return.
