The character is ready. The path isn’t.

In GameBuilder Puzzle Platformer, you build the route before the character takes it. Place tiles into an unfinished grid, connect the platforms, and work out how to collect every coin and reach the goal without hitting the spikes.

Then press Play and see whether your plan holds up.

Build the solution

A missing platform is only the beginning. You’ll need to choose where to turn, when to flip gravity, and how to reach coins that seem impossible to collect.

Try a route, spot what went wrong, and adjust your tiles. Sometimes the solution comes down to a single placement.

Think across dimensions

Can’t find a way through? Look in the other world.

Switch to a parallel version of the same grid, where platforms and hazards form a different layout. A blocked route in one dimension may be open in the next. Solving the puzzle means thinking about both worlds—and finding the right moment to cross between them.

Make every tile count

New mechanics give you more ways to build—and more things to consider:

Arrow tiles: Redirect the character to follow your planned route.

Gravity inversion: Flip onto the opposite surface and approach the puzzle upside down.

Levers and gates: Open passages to reach new parts of the grid.

Disappearing platforms: Build temporary routes and account for when they vanish.

Cloning tiles: Create extra characters and plan for multiple movements.

Teleporters: Connect distant parts of the level.

Dimension switches: Move between two versions of the puzzle.

Spikes: Find a safe route around hazards.

One grid. Plenty to figure out.

Each level brings a new arrangement of tiles, coins, and obstacles. Combine what you’ve learned, experiment with different routes, and turn an unfinished grid into a working solution.
