Shadow Boxing

This isn’t just another boxing game — it’s a workout, a challenge, and a test of reflexes. Whether you’re training your speed, practicing defense, or just looking for a fun way to throw punches, Shadow Boxing delivers an experience that feels both physical and immersive.

Shadow Boxing uses webcam body‑tracking to turn your real punches, blocks, and movements into in‑game actions.

Key Features

Punch with Precision: Aim for the head or body — faster punches deal more damage.

Defend Smart: Raise your elbows above your shoulders to block incoming attacks.

Human‑like AI Opponents: 4 challenge boxers, each boxer fights with unique styles.

Accessible Gameplay: Designed for all players, with adjustable difficulty and clear manual.
