PAIN-TO-WIN

PAIN-TO-WIN is a top-down horror shooter set inside a hostile asylum functioning as a meat grinder: a closed, filthy place where killing is a job, death comes with paperwork, and everyone is trying to sell you something. Clinics, casinos, cults, armed gangs, brain surgery and questionable insurance policies. Almost everything has a price.

Violence is part of the routine. Contracts, organ trade, dealers and other small businesses keep things moving.

The asylum is easy to get lost in. Detours, dead ends and loops are common. Some places are useful. Some are not.

Combat leaves a mess. Rooms end up full of debris, blood and bodies, and it is not always clear what is still happening.

Some people are willing to talk before things get worse. Trade, listen, walk away, or kill them.

Guns, blades, saws and explosives all solve problems differently.

Perks and upgrades come from trade, scavenging and occasional brain surgery.
